Motion Art Studio celebrated its 30th anniversary with a gala performance titled “Aurora,” which took place in April 2022 at the Strovolos Municipal Theatre. Originally scheduled for 2020, the event was postponed due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The performance featured 204 students and was an emotional experience for both participants and spectators. “Aurora” tells the story of Princess Aurora, drawing inspiration from the classical fairy tales of Sleeping Beauty, Cinderella, and Hansel & Gretel. The narrative follows Aurora on an adventurous and magical journey, helping her develop into a kind, patient, and brave princess. All net proceeds from the event were donated to the ‘Hope For Children’ organisation.
